About the Academy
We started The Operator's Academy because the best advice in this industry has always been passed sideways — from one operator to another, across a prep table, at the end of a long shift. We just put a camera on it.
Every Thursday, a working operator, chef, or US Foods category manager goes live to teach one specific, useful thing — pricing a holiday prix-fixe, hiring a line cook who'll stay, writing menu copy with AI. The session gets recorded, edited, and added to the library by Friday morning.
There's no upsell. There's no certification. The whole thing is free for US Foods operators because the better you do, the better the whole industry does.
